Making the Perfect Thai Tea
Thai Tea is a favorite among my friend group and I get it often (either from my local Thai restaurant or by making it at home). Thai Tea is a balance between the flavor of the tea, and the added sweetness of sugar (and half and half or milk if you want). It’s taken me a while to master the perfect mixture of tea and sugar, so here are my instructions.
INT. KITCHEN
The camera faces East towards a kettle on the stove, straight on, a medium close up. The stovetop flickers on and you can see a blue flame. The camera follows a hand opening the cabinet and choosing a box of Thai Tea with a med. close up, slightly on the right. With a medium close up, slightly to the right, a hand takes a mug from the cabinet. They stirs one teaspoon of sugar into their tea (close up, straight on). The tea is a bright orange color. They stir the tea and click the spoon on the edge of the mug (close up, straight on).
